| What We Expect Of Our Team Members? |
- You must have reliable transportation and be dependable
- You must be willing to comply with all of our uniform and appearance standards:
- Hair above the collar in back and above the ear on the sides for males.
- Cleanly shaven face, every day
- No earrings for males. Females are allowed to wear modest, "stud type" earrings
- No visible tattoo's
- No visible body piercing
- Must show up to work everyday on time in a neat, clean, Drive & Shine uniform
- You must be willing to show up to work each day with a smile, and a positive attitude
- You must have a sincere desire to do whatever it takes to help us create lifetime customers
- You must have a great sense of urgency in what you do
- You must be willing to recommend needed special services to our customers, to help them keep their cars looking and driving their best
- You must be an honest person with a high level of integrity
- You must be willing to learn and follow our processes and policies
- You must read and agree to the terms of our Associate Handbook
